Pastor Wayne is deeply personal in his ministry—he considers every member not just part of the congregation, but a true friend. He believes wholeheartedly that every believer in Christ is a brother or sister in the faith, and he leads with a heart committed to both fellowship and truth. With a passion for the Word of God, Pastor Wayne also stays attentive to the political and social issues shaping the Church today. His balanced approach to ministry reflects both biblical insight and cultural awareness. He has faithfully served as the pastor of New Hope Bible Fellowship for nearly 20 years. A retired Peace Officer for the State of California, Pastor Wayne brings wisdom, discipline, and compassion to his leadership. Attended Bay Cities Bible College in Berkeley, CA, and has also taught at Gateway Bible College in Pittsburg, CA. Pastor Wayne is a devoted husband and the proud father of four children. His life and ministry reflect a commitment to truth, justice, and above all, love for God’s people.
